We use gentle techniques including: spinal manipulations, joint mobilization, the activator, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, Websters technique (for pregnancy), active muscle release, pelvic blocks, kinesio taping (for sports injuries), flexion distraction for disc injuries, corrective exercises and stretches as well as nutritional recommendations

Nancy started her professional journey in Belgium and spent over 20 years in the financial sector with an keen interest in Ethical research and investments and managing high net worth individual clients.
She has always had an interest in nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. `Eating healthy, makes me happy`. Over the last 10 years Nancy has been supporting her children, dealing with health challenges through a holistic approach. The children have a diet based on organic wholesome foods supported with vitamins, minerals and herbs.
Nancy is also currently studying `Integrative oncology in practice` to better support patients dealing with cancer. Research into these illnesses have reinforced the importance of assisting Western medicine, such as chemotherapy and stem cell transplant, with natural medicine improving the outcome. This combinational approach considers a holistic approach towards the patient’s ongoing therapy and health improvement.
Qualified and registered Nutritionist and Naturopath, she is committed to make a difference in the lives of those seeking support and is motivated about helping people improve their well-being. She works with autistic children and other disabilities, cancer, MS, menopause, and different gut related issues.
