Welcome to Donvale Chiropractic Centre
When you first enter the front door at DCC as a new patient you will be greeted warmly and asked to complete some simple paperwork. Before you are taken through to see Yvette you will be taken on a short tour of our colourful practice.
We Explain Everything First
During your initial visit Yvette will ask you a series of questions so as to build a picture of your current health status. She will then spend some time explaining health & chiropractic care. Now is probably the best time to tell you that Yvette will present you with some very different ideas on health, healing & your body. The good news is that what you choose to do with this information is up to you! But just between you and I, most of our patients just let out a big AHHHhhhhaaa! "Why has no other health professional taken the time to explain this stuff to us?" they ask.
Thorough Examination
Once on the table Yvette will conduct a thorough examination and eventually go on to adjust your primary subluxations using modern, gentle chiropractic techniques.
At the end of the first visit Yvette will explain the adjustments she has made and what you can expect. She will also explain the schedule of care she recommends for you and the fee schedule at DCC.
Finally Yvette will give you our DCC New Patient Folder to take home to read & make any recommendations required to enhance your healing capacity. She will then escort you to the front desk where one of our Chiropractic Assistants/Angels (CA's) will finalise your visit and arrange your future appointments.
